Ingredients
1cupOats
1/2cupPeanut butter
1/2cupFlaxseed meal
1/2cupChocolate chips(I recommend Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet chips!)
1/3cupHoney
1tspVanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. I usually use a big wooden spoon to start, but eventually stick my (washed!) hands in to make sure everything gets evenly mixed.
Refrigerate dough for approx. 30 minutes.
Roll into 1 inch balls. The tinier, the more this recipe yields, BUT the more you’ll wanna eat at a time!
