No Bake Energy Bites

These energy bites are the perfect before- or after-workout snack to nourish your body and be ready for the day. They are filled with deliciousness in every bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips (I recommend Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet chips!)
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. I usually use a big wooden spoon to start, but eventually stick my (washed!) hands in to make sure everything gets evenly mixed.
  • Refrigerate dough for approx. 30 minutes.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls. The tinier, the more this recipe yields, BUT the more you’ll wanna eat at a time!
