Happy Vampire Smoothie

Try this Beet + Carrot blend smoothie packed with nutrients hand-selected to enrich your blood. Great for people who suffer from poor circulation, painful menstrual cramps, anemia, cold hands + toes, etc!

  • Blender


  • 1/2 cup Carrots cubed
  • 1/2 cup Beets cubed
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds white pulp peeled off
  • 4 Dates or two TBSPs of pure Date Syrup
  • 2 TBSP Coconut shredded
  • 2 cups Water


  • Place all ingredients into your blender + start blades to combine.
    Start on a lower setting and turn dial to increase blender power, ensuring bigger cubes blend smoothly to create a… smoothie texture! 😋
  • Pour into a glass, containing extra mix into lidded bottles + storing in the fridge for later. Enjoy!
